Note: with a recent sewage spill into the Saddle River and Hillside Ave closed following last weeks rain with debris from the runoff closing the road it is clear the Village is either unable or unwilling to enforce codes or oversee work that is going on in the village. This has implications for local residents including Upper Saddle River.
What goes on there doesn’t just stay there.
