We have officially obtained the first handful of results from well tests that were done earlier this year. These tests can all be viewed below.

Arsenic Results 1
Arsenic Results 2
Arsenic Results 3
As seen with the results, all three have levels well above New Jerseys safe level. Even keeping in mind that the federal level is 10 ug/l, one of the results is close and one is actually above the federally accepted value.
All three homes DO NOT PASS NJ Drinking Water Standards.
Torrential rain that occurred in January 2018b initially alerted residents to the fact that their wells, and streams, may be subject to contaminated as the volumes of mud running off the construction site at Apple Ridge showed that sufficient protections weren’t in place to stop runoff. It is unclear if the runoff causes the contamination to the wells, but the incident brought the issue to light.
Tests done before the runoff and construction occurred from Apple Ridge are currently being collected to do a before-after comparison. If you, or anyone you know, in the surrounding area has reports from before this occurred, please contact us.
