Why are these meetings important?
There is a proposed project on Hillside Avenue that will alter the zoning, use and character of the area. It will result in huge increase in traffic, water use and sewage and has the potential to affect Upper Saddle River. Additionally Rockland County and several of its towns are not enforcing codes correctly and properties zoned for one use are being used for other uses.
