Upper Saddle River Lions Carnival – Go Tonight!!
Mother Nature really has not been on the side of the Upper Saddle River Lion’s Carnival this week. Heavy storms with lightning have forced this wonderful annual event to shut for a string of nights with only 2 nights to go.
As one of their two major fundraising events the carnival has helped the Lions to raise $2.5 million over their 61 year history. The Lions Park Carnival doesn’t just have rides and food and fun, and bring the Upper Saddle River community together, they also sell tickets for an incredible raffle for a 2019 Ford Mustang Coupe valued at $28,000+. For $10 ticket this sleek ride can be yours!
With uncooperative weather and the resulting reduced attendance the revenue could be severely impacted. More t-storms are predicted for Saturday evening (the last day of the carnival) so don’t take a chance – go tonight.
Take the kids, grab the neighbors, go meet some friends and go support one of the Saddle River Valley’s most worthwhile groups.
Go and buy some wristbands, eat some funnel cake, cotton candy and buy a fist full of raffle tickets to support this great family event. Even if you can’t stay, supporting this fundraiser is important!
